Terms

A call or email is a request, not a booked slot, until we say we are coming. Price is given on that call. Night, far ground, and odd sizes change it.

We fit and recover from Reigate. We do not keep a second depot. Travel is part of the job.

You must own the vehicle or have the right to authorise work. Locking nuts need the key. Wrong fuel: do not start the engine.

We can refuse a job that is unsafe: live lane with no refuge, ground that will not take a jack, a battery that is swollen.

Tyres and parts remain ours until paid. Card or the method we agree on the call. No work is a warranty of the road.
